Using Vibemetrics

How can I start giving feedback with Vibemetrics

You will receive an invitation via email or SMS. You may save the included link to your bookmarks or add it to the home screen of your mobile device. If your organization has opted in to use the mobile app, you can also download Vibemetrics from App Store or Play Store.

Which devices are supported?

Vibemetrics works on most internet browsers on all common devices: desktops and laptops, tablets and smartphones. The mobile device, which is available for download on App Store and Play Store supports iPhones and Android phones. On Windows-phones, the service is available via internet browser.

Visibility and traceability of feedback

Who can see my vibes and comments?

By default you will see feedback from your team in real time. You may use the results view to see results from the entire organization. In your organization hierarchy, you can move up freely to see results from larger segments of the organization. However, you are not able to move sideways in the hierarchy. If there is no hierarchy defined in the organization, you will see feedback from everyone by default.

Is it possible to tell who has given a certain mood?

No, moods you have given will never be individually displayed or linked to you. However, you do have the option to see the average from moods you have given yourself. This is possible because the system is capable of collecting the required data while maintaining anonymity.

Is it possible to trace a comment to its author?

No, no one will know who has given what feedback. The service provider manages access rights and ensures anonymity.

What about inappropriate messages, can they be deleted?

The administrator from the organization is able to delete inappropriate messages if necessary
